Brindy Paet, MSN, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Born and raised in West Oahu. She graduated from Nursing School at HPU and started her nursing career in the Emergency Department.

She decided to return to grad school for her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner and has since been working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the ER. Before her nursing career, Brindy worked call-in at MAC Cosmetics and did freelance make-up for various events. So, coming full circle in 2018, she decided to get training in Aesthetic Medicine.

Brindy was fortunate to have met Dr. Sanderson while working in the ER and again in 2019 when she joined his spa team at Thrive Med Spa as one of his injectors. Aside from anything beautiful and aesthetic, her hobbies include traveling and trying new cultural cuisine.

Chenoa Baker

Head Medical Aesthetician

Being a young person with allergies and seemingly endless skin sensitivities, finding real remedies to build healthy skin has been a lifelong interest for Chenoa. Since 2017, she has made this passion for effective care her professional pursuit.

An adventurer at heart, whether hiking muddy mountain peaks or biking city streets, she understands the need to balance lifestyle and personal habits. Her loves are traveling to try new food, researching ingredients in her beauty products, impromptu outdoor activities, and binge-watching TV series.

As a Medical Aesthetician, Chenoa’s primary focus is to improve the health of each client’s skin. In that process, she’ll help you understand which procedures may best address your concerns and effective skincare to get you a glowing new appreciation of the skin you’re in.

She holds numerous certifications in advanced medical aesthetic product lines and devices such as SkinCeuticals, Environ, LeReve, Rohrer Aesthetics, and CryoSkin.

Kanani Villanueva

Medical Aesthetician

Kanani is one of our medical estheticians and has a background of working with one of the best plastic surgeons. Expertise in acne, pigmentation, microneedling, corrective chemical peels, and advanced lasers.

She enjoys meeting and connecting with new people. Her passion for skin is evident in the way she caters to her patients to achieve beautiful and healthy skin. She’s continually learning about the latest procedures and techniques.

You can usually find this mom of 3 at the beach, hiking or traveling (slathered in sunscreen), spending time with her family & friends. Her boys keep her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cheryl Valdriz

Office Manager

Cheryl Valdriz is a distinguished alumna of the University of Hawaii-West Oahu. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing. To complement her degree, she enrolled at Makana Academy and successfully achieved her Aesthetician License under the State of Hawaii.

Cheryl enjoys assisting Dr. Sanderson with Cellfina procedures. She enjoys the increase in self-confidence women have once those stubborn dimples are restored. Since living on an island, she understands how insecure one can feel about one’s body. With a Cellfina treatment, women can feel confident and secure at the beach and wearing shorts.

Renee Osborne

Receptionist

Born and raised in Hawaii. Renee moved to Los Angeles to study fashion design and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She had always been interested in the beauty industry and became a client of Thrive Med Spa, which not only has age management treatments but also health and wellness treatments. Renee has now become a part of this great spa team as their front desk receptionist. Renee looks forward to helping you set up complimentary consultations and book your future appointments.

Ashly is a newly aspired, passionate aesthetician eager to learn constantly evolving techniques in the field. She has her certificate and license in Esthetics in the state of Hawaii. She finds satisfaction in helping others achieve their skincare goals. As the newest member of our team, she hopes to grow and succeed long-term with Thrive Med Spa!

Ashly is a proud boy mom of 1. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to new places, and weekend getaways, even if it’s just to the beach. She likes to take advantage of living an active lifestyle while living in Hawaii by hiking new trails all over the island.

I was born and raised in Hawaii and never had a thought of leaving the island, but I do like to travel, and I wish to go back to Japan ASAP! I’m a sucker for all things dark chocolate, Japanese gift items, and stationery. After graduating high school, I never had an idea of what I wanted to do career-wise and only stuck with succeeding in the retail world. But in 2022, I quit my FT job to go to esthetician school and start a new chapter for myself. I am now employed at one of the best-med spas on the island with a great team ?

During my free time, I like to be at home spending time with my loved ones, baking, or snuggling my cat to pieces.
